About Kojo Music

Since launching in 2010, Kojo Music has undoubtedly been one of the most highly respected Music Direction providers in the UK.

Working across multiple genres, Kojo Music has consistently delivered high quality services for numerous top tier international artists and founder Kojo Samuel continues to be one of the most in demand Music Directors in the industry.

With an extraordinary musical heritage, throughout his childhood, Kojo was surrounded by music; his mother being legendary soul singer PP Arnold & father, Fuzzy Samuel a bassist for Crosby Stills & Nash.

At an early age Kojo began playing keyboards and took a keen interest in music production. Having gained extensive musical knowledge throughout childhood, he began working as a freelance producer at the age of 18 and within a few years was collaborating with multiple major label artists.

After 10 years of producing and songwriting, Kojo (originally from the US) briefly returned to pursue various opportunities; including working on music for Film and TV. Upon returning to the UK, he toured with pop icons Sugababes, ultimately becoming their Music Director. His passion, discipline and ability in this new role was quickly recognized and offers to work with other artists increased exponentially.

Over the past decade, Kojo has consistently worked with chart-topping artists, creating dynamic live shows and performances across the globe. With highlights such as Stormzy’s iconic Glastonbury 2019 set, multiple sold out tours, stunning tv performances and exciting shows for talented new artists, Kojo Samuel is without a doubt one of the most sought after, reputable and talented MDs in the world.
